Phirst time pho.
This was our first time eating pho, and we were not disappointed! Our waiter was really nice and suggested what we should try for the first time. The portions were huge, we couldn't finish!
The greens were amazing, the most flavorful leaves you could stick in your mouth. The house chili sauce is a perfect compliment to the meat. I enjoyed the rooster sauce in my pho where my husband preffered the greens and chili.

Quick service and a menu focused only on pho make this Vietnamese fast food eatery a local's favorite..
In Short
Situated in a crowded strip mall, this no-frills Vietnamese restaurant specializes in authentic pho, a hearty beef and rice noodle soup. From the giant cow on the roof to the mirrors surrounding the dining area, it has the ambience of a tacky cafeteria, but regulars intent on satisfying their pho cravings don't seem to mind. The long tables can easily accommodate large families or office groups stopping in for lunch.

Best Pho in San Diego!.
The pho at this restaurant is not only the best pho in San Diego, but the best pho I have ever had. It only serves pho which is a good indicator of how authentic and delicious it is. It's been around for over 20 years and is still going strong with lines out the door on weekends, so any place that only serves one thing and has been around for that long really goes to show how good it is. The service is fast and the quality of the broth and beef can't be beat. I've tried a lot of other places and Pho Hoa is definately they best...my mouth is watering just thinking about it. I highly recommend it whether you are an avid pho eater or even a beginner.
