Worst florist I have ever used. I ordered a nice arrangement online for a friend in San Diego. I'm in Alabama. I have ordered many times from FTD approved florsits and always been satisfied. This time the flowers arrived 2 days later and were not at all what I ordered. Granted, they did try to deliver the second day but the office was closed for lunch. No second attempt was made. My friend sent me a pic of the flowers and I aws so humiiated. They looked as if a seconde grader had arranged them, very sparse and plain. Nothing like the picture on the company website. The owner, Bob, was so rude and incredibly hateful I asked for half my money back. I paid 79.83 and he offered me $34. He said he was going to credit my account but 1 month later it still has not been done. I am reporting him to the BBB and initiating a full credit card chargeback. I honestly don't know how this place is still in business.
