IN SHORT – Located on the fourth floor of the Porto Vista Hotel in Little Italy, this upscale bar and restaurant boasts spectacular views thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and an inviting rooftop balcony. Glowing Moroccan lanterns overhead and glamorous décor give the dining room an intimate feel while patio heaters keep the outdoor deck warm and cozy. Traditional breakfast fare is served daily. Lunch favorites include tuna nicoise, organic beef sliders and the blue cheeseburger. More exotic dinner specialties are the Moroccan pork shank with asparagus and lemon couscous, roasted…

Watched the sun go down while splitting ½ priced bottles of wine with my friends after work last Wednesday. For appetizers we ordered the mussels, mac-and-cheese and the chicken salad. The mussels were spicy and savory, the chicken melted in my mouth and the mac-and-cheese was flavored with chorizo, need I say more? I would recommend this restaurant for drinks with my friends or a romantic night out.
- Pros: 1/2 off bottles of wine on Wednesdays
- Cons: Is that a ?

I have never written a review but this place made me want to write one after a horrible experience. I went for brunch with a friend and seeing people leaving should have been the indicator for us to do the same since they hadn't been served either. To begin with, this establishment had no record of our reservation but we were seated promptly (I had re-confirmed our reservation the day before). It took about 20 minutes before we got a menu (there were no more than 5 occupied tables at the moment with 2-3 people at each table) and another 20-25 minutes to get our food. I had asked if the waffles were thick and filling and was assured of this. What I should have been told is that it would be an Eggo-like waffle that wasn't thick and instead was bland and cold in some spots. Maybe their toaster wasn't working... My friend's french toast was good but somewhat cold. The butter was cold, my friend had to ask twice for his orange juice and the people at the table next to ours experienced less than great food and a very slow service as well. Although I would recommend the place for the scenary alone, the prices, food and service are not worth it. Look elsewhere! For the first time in a very long time, I found myself questioning if I should even tip. I did tip...in accordance with the bad service and food and it didn't even amount to 10% of my bill.
- Pros: Great views
- Cons: Very slow service, bland food
Great spot to watch the sunset !

We went to happy hour here, just after sunset on a weeknight. Spectacular view! The bar was uncrowded, beautifully lit, (matched the sunset!), and service excellent. Good variety of appetizers. When the weather is warm, the patio seating is great.
- Pros: Atmosphere, service, location
