Happy 4 year renter. I disagree with the postings below. I rented from All points realty for 4 years and they were absolutely fantastic. They showed up promptly when ever I called in a maintenance request. The reason I feel I was treated with respect and professionalism is because I behaved that way with them. I always paid my rent on time, never had noise complaints, treated the apartment like it was my own home. When I moved from the unit. I left it in great shape, it wasn't dirty, the carpets weren't torn everything was treated good. I received my full deposit back. Because I was a good renter.

All Points gets 5 stars from me. Wow- I don't think I'd ever want to be in the real estate management field after reading some of these posts! I don't think there is any other profession were people are just down right nasty and rude, plus calling these people dumb and undependable, and cheap bastards, ouch!. Triple ouch.

My experience with them was actually awesome. I loved the place I rented from All Points Realty and rented from them for over 4 years. I paid my rent on time, I never called to demand service from them rudely EVER, I treated them with respect as I would like to be treated. My neighbors were awesome, my rent was very economical and they always gave me great next day service.

I was a model tenant and I understand the value of creating a good relationship with any and all of my landlords. I wouldnt want to get any rent increases or asked to move, ya know. When I moved out, I received my full deposit, every last cent of it.

Awesome Management!!. I just wanted to say thank you I rellay liked my stay in 17 and I do really miss it there. Thanks also for the fast deposite I hope if I ever move back to San Diego, we can be in business again. Thanks!

ALL POINTS REALTY. I had been searching and searching for an apartment for my husband and I and ended up going through a real estate company that helps you find apartments and such (SanDiegoRentProperties and they are pretty good for a pretty penny!).

Any how I found an apartment, viewed it and fell in love with as well as my husband. Called Debbi and Mary and had all of our information sent over to them. We spoke over the phone saturday and told her our situation and told her the truth about the situation. I am a "no bull" type of person! So she calls me today which is monday and tells me that me and my husband are under eviction under an address that my husband and i have never lived at before or know anyone that I have lived there! I told her that we never lived there and she insisted that we did live there and I told the woman that I have never in my life lived there and that her information was wrong! Then she had the nerve to tell me that I was a liar and that I told her that we lived at this address! Like woman are you really serious right now?

She (Debbi) is really rude! She doesnt know how to be professional or courteous to people!

I would never let anyone rent from them or suggest anyone to rent from them!

Run away very far away!

If I had known ahead of time how they were I would have never wasted my time! HONESTLY!!!

Worst property management ever. ALL POINTS REAL ESTATE OFFICE located in San Diego on Park Blvd is the worst property management company Ive ran into in the 20 years of renting and living all around the world. The office manager is rude,condescending, unprofessional, and obviously uneducated in California Rental Laws and common decency.I have witnessed and been victim of multiple violations of Ca.Renters Rights, seen Illegal 3 Day Notices Posted on residents doors, obvious singling out of individuals, Illegal eviction notices given and so forth.Unfortunately grievances for these people go unreported because either there too afraid of being kicked out, fearful of being ostracized by the management ,and/or don't protest because they can't afford to move I also noticed the people that have been given eviction notices were; Demanding that things be corrected and/or to be treated as a Human Being/A Citizen of the United States of America / a customer/ and a tenant; not as a low life renter not Worthy of respect,who should be grateful and careful that they still have a place to live.All Points does not care about the maintenance issues that arise in rented apartments. A single Mother of two was locked out of her apartment,she called All Points Real Estate asking if management could please let her and her children into their apartment,she was told "she would have to pay for the gas of the manager to come out and open her apartment or she could call a lock smith,"she responded and stated "that she could not afford either and that she was calling during the open office hours posted for management to be on site at the complex";weeks later a three day notice was posted on her door for all to see(no confidentiality) listing unwarranted multiple complaints. All Points Real Estate management is only around here a couple of days each month to conduct business that is in their favor and leave..All Points Real Estate(aka All Points Reality)obviously lacks Business,Office,Property Management,and Personal ETHICS!
