Great Veterinarian
by Animallvr11 at Citysearch
I recently obtained a small poodle mix dog. She was 7 weeks old when we got her and previously taken her to another vet which diagnosed her with parasites but she was not getting any better. I decided to take her to Dr. Pearson and I am truely glad that I did. I took all her medical records with me and Dr. Pearson informed me that Sophie was not on the meds she needed to be on. Dr. Pearson sent home with a few medications. Within 5 days Sophie was a completely different dog. She was full of energy and I was whole heartedly grateful for Dr. Pearson. Thank you from Sophie and I. This is a veterinarian that cares for the client and the patient. You need to come to this office. They are wonderful, just ask Sophie.
- Pros: Wonderful doctor
- Cons: None
Money Hungry Practice

Do yourself and your pet a favor - please don't consider this vet practice. I have been a client there for several years and too many negative issues have come up that i can't justify taking my pets there anymore. They often want to order unnecessary tests and treatments, and they have frequently "accidentally" overcharged me (once i was charged $98 for a $17 b test! thankfully we've had that test several times so i knew what my bill should be and i caught the error)...also one of the vets made a HUGE medical error (dosing mistake with insulin) which caused my pet to have multiple unnecessary tests....if that wasn't bad enough, i had to explain the mistake to her and she didn't even offer to credit me for all of those lab tests we had to do! In the human world that mistake would've resulted in a huge lawsuit!....also - as i've waited in the waiting area for my appt, i have overheard other patients saying they were overcharged or that they were charged for tests they hadn't been told were going to be performed. and on a different occasion i took my dog in for what i thought was bronchitis and the vet told me he had ear infections in both ears. i was shocked because he didn't have any symptoms and i had just cleaned his ears that morning. well then the vet back peddled and said he was mistaken - that maybe the ears just looked moist because of the cleaning solution! well i'm sorry but if you can't tell the difference between an infected ear and a freshly cleaned ear then you have no business practicing medicine (or for charging me $$$ for an ear lavage!)
- Pros: friendly staff
- Cons: medical mistakes, misdiagnosis, overcharge
Wonderful Experiance!!!!!

I had just come home from vacation to find my pet ill. I had just moved into the area and hadn't found a vet yet. After many calls to other places Dr. Pearson's office staff was so kind and accomodating to my immediate needs, and told me to come right in to thier office. Once I had arrived thet got me right in without any wait, and assesed my pet. Within a couple of hours my pet was feeling much better. I am so thankful/grateful for my 1st veterinary experiance with Dr. Pearson, I will forever be a customer of her office!!!!!
- Pros: Great
