Amazing Salon!. I absolutely love the Robert Cromeans Salon in downtown San Diego. I've been going to Katie B. for a couple of years now, and she's amazing -- I tell everyone about her and the salon!

The salon has the color bar, and Katie knows how to work it, whether I was going for platinum blonde or back to brunette -- Katie was great at getting me to "me, but better" with the right mix of color, shine, highlights, etc.

Katie is also an expert at cuts -- and I've run the gamut with her from short, kind of punky, to long and more conservative.

Best of all, not only does my hair look great when I leave the salon, but it keeps looking great in between visits. It's because Katie takes the time to understand what my routine is like and what my hair is like, and then gives it an expert cut so I can learn how to style my hair.

I wish every salon I've ever been to was this good -- but I'm happy knowing that every visit I make in the future to Robert Cromeans will be this good!

If there were any potential negatives, the salon is located downtown right near the ballpark, so driving in the area and parking can be tough -- fortunately, there is valet parking for $6.

Kissy Kissy.. Although Robert Cromeans and Angus Mitchell are an excellent example of a gay coperate partnership, mixing lots of anal sex, with strategic marketing, and business, I feel they are lacking some basic understanding off good customer service..

Just an opinion..

That Cromans has sweetest lil white bum by the way.

Wonderful Salon!. Love this salon. Whenever I go in everyone is always so helpful and I always end up very happy with my hair.

Its a very enjoyable, and relaxing experience.

Low end salon at a high end price. I've been going to this salon for over 2 years and I've finally decided to move on after countless screw ups on the admin end of the salon and the actual hairdressers themselves. The fact of the matter is, this salon is nice if you like taking risks with your money and hair but not nice if you want what you pay for every time. Since the economy has gone downhill, the salon has started charging for things that they never used to, including horrible cuts and color jobs. If you like paying $200+ for a haircut you hate and big splotches of highlights on your scalp - this is the place to go!

Services ok, not spectacular.. I know of his Salon. I booked an appointment there once. The stylist was a little pushy. She brought seven large Paul Mitchell products to the counter and rang them up without even consulting me if I needed any. When I told her I have ample amounts at home already she seemed to take offense. It made me a little uncomfortable to be quite honest. The services are ok, but not spectacular. Parking can be a pain if it is busy.

Unhappy with the full bleach services, was not toned properly.. Had a few services at Mr. Cromean's Salon. The service was ok. A bit over priced to be honest. I recieved a full bleach and it was not toned properly. Stylist was somewhat inattentive. Parking is also a big hassel.

Launched by Scotland native Robert Cromeans, the artistic salon offers aircuts, blowdrys, coloring and styling for men and women. Other services include wedding up-dos, full make-up application and waxing.

Wonderful Experience. I was a first time customer to this salon and loved every minute from the time I came in the door, the beautiful receptionists all stopped what they were doing and greeted me with a smile. They set up my appointment and was very patient while I figured out what I wanted exactly. The shampoos are to DIE FOR! I had a chance to relax from my stressful day, with soft music, and lit candles and neck massage during the shampoo. My hair was simply beautiful when I was done. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
