Smitty's for life!. This family owned business is great when it comes to honesty and budget concious car repair. A woman can take her car in and know she’s getting a straight answer. When I go there the problem is presented in terms I can understand. I've had a battery, several oil changes, and brakes done there. The customer service has been top notch! I see the same smiling faces every time I go there and people that work on the cars appear to be well trained. I recently moved from the 'hood but will keep coming back for the service!

NOT HAPPY. Smitty's use to be the only place I would take my car and I have spent A LOT of money there as well as sent at least 7 of my friends there. I called, the guy said it sounds like I need a tune-up and it would be $105 or $110 with the better spark plugs. I dropped my can off the night before with a note saying tune-up with the better spark plugs and an oil change. They charged me $171 and when I asked if they did the whole tune-up I was told they only replaced my plugs. My car still runs like crap. The option they gave me was to make an appointment and pay another $90 to diagnosis the problem. I will NEVER take my car there and I will make sure my friends stop going there too.
