Cricket customer service. Too bad this rating system doesn't offer .00001 of a star rating. The customer service at the Cricket store is horrible. They take forever to complete a transaction, don't say please or thank you, and act like they are doing YOU a favor by assisting with your problem. Don't they know if it's not for customers they would not be employed?! The 1-800-cricket number is no better, all they do is say wait 24-48hrs, so far I'm on day 11 and my problem has not been solved. I bought the Muve music phone mainly for the music portion, I paid my bill and it will not work. I keep getting an error message saying your service has expired. Unfortunately no one knows why...they just say I'm sorry, you'll have to wait!…

Terrible Service - Terrible Management. Cricket is a non-starter. Their plans suck, their phones suck and they lie to their teeth about it. They will send you on a wild goose chase from one store to another and then when you finally think you are at the right store, then they tell you sorry, we can't help you with that, call Cricket's 800 number. Well doofus, am I not at a Cricket outlet where you are suppose to help me and when I did call the Cricket 800 number, they told me I had to come to your store. Cricket sucks and if you are thinking about becoming a Cricket user expect that you will be screwed with problems with the phone like I have had from day 1 and you will not be able to contact customer service because there are no representatives to answer and when you do get a rep, they will lie to you or not know what to tell you or the indian accent is so thick you won't be able to understand them anyway. Do yourself a favor, don't use Cricket. They really really suck.…

Worst Ever Customer Support!. If love to wait then this is the place for you! Even worse if you call them on the phone. I have now been on hold for 1-1/4 hours! I have called them on a 2nd line that I have and it is busy! Twice now I have visited the store and was there in excess of 2-1/2hrs each time. THEY JUST DONT CARE!
