Pretentious bad attitude. I searched around for a good place to get my taxes done as I am new to California. Decided to give this place a call since they have such high ratings. "Steve" on the phone, who is the primary preparer there has an unfortunate habit of speaking down to people and demeaning them. He was very pretentious and did seem interested in my business what so ever. I did not have my taxes done here as speaking to him on the phone was enough of an unpleasant experience. I am a rare complainer, but I felt obliged to create a profile on city search just to warn others. He may be great are doing returns, but all I know is his personality is tedious.
