I have been beyond impressed with Joshua's Pest Control. My wife and I hired them initially after we noticed rodent droppings in a storage area below our home. I had three different companies’ come by for a quote, and choose Joshua's because I was most impressed by Joshua’s two technicians. We went with their rodent exclusion, to ensure that we eliminated all access points, and also signed on for their quarterly service.

I will start off with the exclusion. Our house was built in the 1920s, and is also built on a Canyon, which makes us a great target for bugs and rodents, etc. I was a bit nervous about some of the work that was needed, especially with regard to aesthetic impact on our home. The gentlemen who were in charge of our inclusion were both named Chris, and they walked me through everything aspect of what needed to be done. They took extra time to review options, given the age of my home and some of the challenges that we faced. To say I was satisfied is an understatement, Chris and Chris spent hours at my home and took extra care to ensure that the work was done well. Knowing that I was apprehensive of the visual impact of some of the work, they purchased materials that complemented the look of my house, as opposed to using anything that they had on their truck. These guys were top notch, professional, and really took time to ensure that I was happy with the work. Because I live on a canyon, they came back a second time, at no charge, and did more work to the area built on the canyon. They were at my house for over 10 hours and provided excellent service and piece of mind.

As part of our service we also purchased their quarterly plan, and have just received our first treatment. The tech that came out this week, Nate, was terrific. I was expecting a 20-minute spray, but he stayed for nearly 2 hours, checking up on the rodent work from last month, spraying the entire home and also removed all traces of webs.

We have been very pleased with the experience with Joshua's Pest Control. This is a top-notch company because of the fantastic employees that they have. In the past month, we have worked with four technicians at our home, and each one has been prompt, polite, professional and genuinely cared about the service they were providing. I highly recommend Joshua's Pest Control.

Very Friendly Technicians. Andre came over to our home today for our scheduled quarterly service. He was very polite and professional, and did a great job on the service. I would happily recommend both Joshua's and Andre to my friends and relatives.

Always Great Service!!. We have been using Joshua's Pest Control for years with their regular maintanence service. They do a great job because we rarely see any bugs in the house.

We discovered some bees swarming around our roof. We called Joshua's and even though that is not their specialty, they came out for free to check it out and let us know what they could do.

Joshua B and Alfredo came well within the appointment window. They were courteous, knowledgable and honest. They said the provide mininual bee service but they suited up and got up on my roof anyway to check it out and let us know.

It ended up that we needed a full structural hive removal (meaning we needed cut a hole in our roof to get the hive out) and they informed us that we needed full blown bee service. They offered to provide us with names of bee service companies.

Even though they could not address our particular issue, they did go out of there way to make sure we were taken care of. I ended up calling "The Bee Guys" and they did a outstanding job for a flat relatively low rate.

But what I thought was really cool about Joshua B is that he came back over on his way home from work to make sure we were able to get someone to handle our bee problem and offered to personally find someone if we had not already done so. By that time, The Bee Guys had already been out here (they were super quick < 1 hour from calling), smoked them out and scheduled to have the hive removed. This guesture of coming by after his work hour to make sure we were taken care of went beyond great customer service and took it to another level.

I strongly recommend Joshua's Pest Control and thank Joshua B and Alfredo for being so great!

Great service. We had used Joshua's Pest Control for years and have been really happy with their service. When we called them for a situation recently, they responded quickly and sent Andre out to take care of our issue.

Andre was on time (early part of the service window), extremely polite, incredibly thorough, and we were completely satisfied with the level of service he provided. He seems to be a real asset to this company. I highly recommend Joshua's and certainly endorse Andre for his work!

Awesome technician. Mark V. is extremely thorough and informative. Serviced the area and then asked if I had any questions or other problems. I learned what to watch out for and can contact them at any time with any addition questions or service needs. Very great attention to details and enjoys his work.

Best Service EVER!. Mark is friendly, efficient, diligent, and thorough! He addresses all of our concerns and at the same time enjoys what he does. He takes pest control personally.

Joshua's Pest Control. Thank you, Mark, for going above and beyond in your service on Wednesday. You were attentive to what was going on-not just trying to hurry through what was required and get on to the next house. You saw all the snails that were around and asked if you could take care of that problem as well. Again, thank you, Mark!

go above and beyond. Mark V came on time and provided us with practical advice and extra traps given some of the pest issues we'd be having. With rain earlier in the day he decided to come back a second day to spray so that we could get maximum benefit of the pesticide. Good with our kids.

Know How to Treat Customers. My regular quarterly maintenance service was done today. The technicians that Joshua's sends out to our home are always top-notch. Today, Andre took the time to ask me about any issues I had been recently noticing, and he assured me that he would treat them for me. He then reported back to me at the end of the service and made sure that everything I needed was taken care of. Thanks Andre and Thanks Joshua's!
