Green Locksmith

Choosing a different locksmith next time. One of my employees locked themself out of a company truck in Del Mar. I contacted Green for help. The CSR I spoke to was very couteous and helpful and explained to me that there was a trip charge and then a servicce fee depending on the services provided that would range from $25-$95. I agreed and they sent a technician out to perform the work. The technician arrived in a timely manner and performed the work. So far, so good. He was onsite for less then 10 minutes and successfully popped a manual lock on a 1990 Chevy. Two days later I received a bill of $124. Are you kidding me? I understand the $25 trip charge, but $95 for less than 10 minutes of work? Additionally when I received my bill it stated the technician had made a key. If so, they didn't give it to my driver. I sent the CSR who billed me an email asking for clarification of this and never received a response. Great follow up skills there. I paid the bill, but suffice it to say neither my company nor I will EVER use them again.…
