Choosing a different locksmith next time. One of my employees locked themself out of a company truck in Del Mar. I contacted Green for help. The CSR I spoke to was very couteous and helpful and explained to me that there was a trip charge and then a servicce fee depending on the services provided that would range from $25-$95. I agreed and they sent a technician out to perform the work. The technician arrived in a timely manner and performed the work. So far, so good. He was onsite for less then 10 minutes and successfully popped a manual lock on a 1990 Chevy. Two days later I received a bill of $124. Are you kidding me? I understand the $25 trip charge, but $95 for less than 10 minutes of work? Additionally when I received my bill it stated the technician had made a key. If so, they didn't give it to my driver. I sent the CSR who billed me an email asking for clarification of this and never received a response. Great follow up skills there. I paid the bill, but suffice it to say neither my company nor I will EVER use them again.

Very affordable price and the technicians. I have used the key cutter services of this company many times before and I am always very satisfied with the work I receive. The cutter service is at a very affordable price and the technicians that come around are very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend the key cutter services of them to everybody. You can call them.

Exceptional Service. If you are looking for a lock service with a difference you need to contact these guys. I did and they are the best lock service I have ever used. Very helpful, inexpensive and they actually arrive on time! these guys really lived up to my expectations as a lock

Wonderful Service‎. I kept getting my key stuck in the front door lock of our business and I called this locksmith company. They came within 45 min. and did a lock repair offering reliable business locksmith service for any future calls. They are a 24 hour business and offer a variety of repair services for other businesses, residential and autos (I’ve had them replace car keys and they did a decent job there as well). Great Service!

A response to "Dishonest & Expensive". Green locksmith always strives toward perfect & honest service, especially when it's coming to pricing issues. Since we can't always know the final price of each job until our train technicians are showing up and located the exact problem, Green Locksmith policy is to inform our customers with our price range before the job gets done.

From here, the final price is determined by variables of factors such as: time of service, the special equipment we need to use & the complexity of the job.

According to our records, in your case, you were informed with the price range before the service.

As for the delay in Service, we're sorry for the 15 minutes delay. We are doing every effort to make sure that our Technicians will arrive to the wanted locations within 30 minutes. However, sometimes, due to traffic issues, some delays might happen.

Dishonest and expensive. Needed their services during normal business hours. Office personnel quoted one price; on location I had to pay three times as much. Since I had waited 40 minutes for the locksmith who was promised to arrive within 25 or less minutes, I paid. Office personnel blamed the locksmith for the price difference, and vice versa. Do not go with this company: they are dishonest, and overpriced. 411 should take them off their recommended list.

Really very great services!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I really needed to get a safe for my office so I called a few different places to get a few quotes on different safes. Green Locksmith was the company with the best value for money and they also really helped me with which safes I should be investing in. The technician took his time to listen to what I wanted and then went through the different types of safes he thought would best suit me. I really appreciated this extra bit of services. I now have a great safe all thanks to Green Locksmith

Fabulous job!!!!!!!!!!!. I needed a replacement car key in the middle of the night so I decided to call Green Locksmith San Diego. What a good idea that was, Green Locksmith San Diego were really great, the technician was there to help me with my replacement car key in less than half an hour. The price for the replacement car key was less than what I expected to pay and I was on my way in no time. Thank you Green Locksmith San Diego for saving me time and money.

Best Locksmiths in town. Best Locksmiths in town: I locked keys in trunk and the all the doors were locked, so I called this 24 hour locksmith that my friend recommended to me. They responded very fast, I couldn't believe it, I just called them and within 20 minutes they got my trunk open and gave me my keys. I would definitely call them again whether I'm locked out or I need my locks changed.
