We love our windows!. We installed some Sierra Concepts windows a few months ago, and we just love them! In fact, we love them so much that we want to order more; and eventually replace every single window in our home. Today, we experienced the first hot day of the season, and the rooms that had the Sierra windows were significantly cooler than the rooms with our old windows. They really are energy efficient. We couldn't believe the difference! We also wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the entire process, from ordering to installation. Our new windows arrived much earlier than expected and the crew that installed them not only did an excellent job, but they were also knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We would highly recommend Sierra Window Concepts to anyone who is thinking about replacing their windows. Great price- beautiful windows- fantastic service!

So professional and efficient. I want to thank you and your Salesman, Larry for having been so professional and so efficient in handling the transaction with my 81 year old aunt. The whole manner in which your company dealt with her was amazing. Larry treated her with such respect, dignity and kindness, holding her hand all the way through the process. He was so patient kind and considerate to her and went the extra mile to follow up with staff to make sure that everything was properly executed and professionally done. He never once pressurized her in any way. He allowed her to take her time to make decisions and did everything on her time frame and at a pace she could cope with. It is so refreshing when a company takes such good care and shows such respect, sensitivity and dignity to someone who is advanced in years. Thank you for having done such a professional job and dealing with my aunt with such kindness, care and dignity.
