- Know Before You Go:
- You don't need a reservation, but since this is the only date-worthy bistro at this corner of South Park, it's pretty crowded with local couples (and an occasional baby stroller, too) and groups on Friday and Saturday nights.
- What to Drink:
- In addition to a simple, affordable and approachable wine list, Alchemy is one of the only restaurants in the area with a full liquor licsence. We loved the house margaritas with fresh squeezed orange and lime juice.
- What to Eat:
- Be sure to ask about the "Pintxos del Dia" if your server doesn't mention. Each day they feature different skewers of meat (like house-made chorizo) for $3 as a "snack-size" portion.

this place is simple the food well thought out and executed properly. I love this place and the chef ricardo heredia is so frendly and is doing wonderful things in south park, Good job
