Probably the best inventory of telescopes in the county, this store is very poorly run. The manager is lazy and disorganized. I drove 70 miles (round trip) to pick up an item the manager said was in stock. Upon my arrival, I saw the item was not in stock. It was a 15 foot walk for the manager to double check his inventory, but he didn't do it. He was in his fifies!
I called the corporate headquarters only to find them unsympathetic. This is no was to run a business..
