Great service

I live in the Atlanta, Georgia area but I use Cindy Newman of Travel Design as my travel agent because she is so good. Back in 2004, Cindy handled the reservations for a Flushing High School (NYC) reunion cruise. The woman organizing the reunion lives in San Diego so she had selected Cindy, a friend of hers.

Anyway, Cindy did such a good job that I used her when I booked my next cruise, and my next cruise, and so on. So far, Cindy has booked four cruises for me. I recommend her to my wife's cousin, who also lives in Georgia. She leaves on her second cruise booked through Cindy in two weeks. My wife recommended Cindy to her sister, who lives on Long Island, NY. Her sister has booked a cruise through Cindy as well.

So why, living thousands of miles from San Diego, do we use Cindy of Travel Design as our travel agent. Because she knows what she is doing, is good at it and provides great customer service.

UPDATE - It's two years since I wrote the review and I have booked four more cruises through Cindy. She's just the best!
