don't waste your money. We went based on the good reviews so because of this, I feel obligated to tell you not to go. The food is mostly bad and not what the reviews say. Save your money. To start we had the crab cakes. Two medium sized cakes that were way over priced, undercooked with little crab meat but still tasty despite all of that. Next was the clam chowder. If you’re from New England, your expectations are higher but it was just…okay. I ordered the seafood on a skewer and my daughter ordered the Fisherman’s Platter. The skewer had three small chunks of some kind of fish on one end, two thin tiny scallops smaller than a quarter in size, in the middle, and one shrimp smaller than a quarter at the end. The size was comical. It was overcooked and tasteless. I asked my daughter how hers was but she just shrugged in answer. I assume that means forgettable. Overall…don’t go. It would be a waste of money.

Disappointing. This used to be one of our favorite restaurants, but no more. In April of this year we celebrated our 39th wedding anniversary there, and the service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. The Shrimp Scampi I had as an appetizer was brought to the table cold and the waitress was rude and she never asked if we wanted dessert. I wrote the management and never received a reply back; I can only conclude that the manager doesn’t care if we ever return

Great Local Venue And Fab Bar!. This local hideaway has the best fresh fish and service to match. A great place to catch up with friends at the bar or have a nice meal for a special occasion. I'm recommending the Macadamia Nut Tilapia...Yum!

Who doesn't love Great seafood?. This place has great seafood, and has been here for about twenty years! They know their fish! I had the seabass, and it was done to mouthwatering perfection. Great for a date, or the whole family. This is a local hang out that not many tourists have flocked to yet. Don't tell too many people about it:-)

Editorial Review. One of few family-owned restaurants in San Carlos features fresh seafood, steak and lunch specials behind the Keils shopping center.
