Always a poor experiance. I've attended Cuyamaca and Grossmont college for nearly 3 years now. While attending I've bought books from students, searched varies sites like Amazon, half,com, and other books buying sites and out of all of these Ross Books is the worst. I will pay the extra 5 dollars that it takes for shipping to get it off a site and not have to haggle with the owners because the book I bought for $160 I got $40 for and it was in PREFECT condition. Every time I go in there its like going to the DMV, but the DMV is nicer more respectful and will actually help you! I DO NOT suggest shopping at Ross Books, the owners are just rude beyond all means, when you ask for help with a book they roll they're eyes like its a huge hassle. From a personal experiance of the owner literally laughing in my face, please do not shop here. Save yourself money and time and go some where better.
