Don't go there!!!!

by rysmomma

I got a facial and a "body wrap." The woman keep putting stuff on my face, not even massaging it, and then leaving the room. I had steam on my face for so long that I almost went out to see what she was doing. Then for my "wrap" she just rubbed a brush over me and then some salt/flour mixture and then brushed it off! It hurt and I was so mad by the time it was over! Huge waste of money and time! Plus you pay gratuity first which is weird!

What a nightmare!

by amanda73

This is not really a spa. It's one rude woman who acts as both receptionist and so-called masseuse and can do neither well. I used a gift certificate I won at a silent auction and even though I still have $150 left to use, I won't be going back. You couldn't pay me to go back to this place! The massage was terrible - my 11 year old daughter does a much better job - and she jipped me on how long she massaged me. It was supposed to be 80 minutes and it ended up being no more than 65. Plus, she tried to convince me that I should use a machine to jiggle my feet for 10 minutes, in order to "get my body ready for the massage." I don't know about you, but as a mom with 2 kids and a husband, I don't need help getting ready for a massage! For this service, I was required to pay a 20% tip, up front. No doubt, because if clients were given the opportunity to leave it after the service, noone would. This "spa" won't be around for long.

Worst Spa and Facial Place

by trixelee

I was so disappointed in the service and how dirty and unsanitary the place was. I purchased a package for a dermabrasion at the hillcrest Framer's market. There was one lady working there, she left me waiting around and continued to answer her phone while I was on the table. She then proceeded to "clean" my face with her fingers with what seemed to be nasty tap water and a lemon!!.Disgusting!!.. She didn;t even wipe my face nor attempt to clean it properly. She didn't ask ANY questions concerning my face, sensitivity,etc.... The dermabrasion machine was set on a VERY low setting. The whole setup was absolutely HORRIBLE! I DO NOT recommend this place!
