Best Automotive Service. Amazing service! I had my car towed to John's Automotive one evening and was able to leave it there until they opened in the morning. It's super close to San Diego State, making the transportation really easy for me. They were already done fixing my car before the workday was over. Within a few minutes of opening they had already figured out the problem with the car and were able to do all the necessary procedures to fix it quickly. I was super impressed with their service, especially because they periodically called me throughout the day to update me on the cost and progress. All of the interactions were done over the phone and they were extremely efficient about it including allowing my boyfriend to pay over the phone while he was out of state. It wasn't even my car but I completely trust them to work on any car I may need help with later. My first time using them and definitely not my last!

Fast and very affordable. I brought my car here last week and the job that John's Automotive Care was not only very reasonably priced, but it was also one of the fastest auto services I've ever received! I definitely suggest using them!

OMG, find anywhere else to get work done. OMG, these guys "quotes" would embarrass the freakin' mafia they are so overpriced. They apparently are trying to cultivate a "stupid" clientele that they can comfortably fleece, and the screening process is throwing insane quotes at you to see if you have bought anything for a car before and know the difference.

So if you ARE NOT AN IDIOT, Keep looking for legit auto repair. You haven't found a resource here you'll want to use once let alone again.

RUN AWAY NOW. DON'T GET SCREWED. Save yourself the wasted grief and time and just go find someplace else now, while you have a chance and still have some money in your wallet..

They are overpriced by a factor of 400% - 500% on just the quote I asked for. READ ALL THE REVIEWS EVERYWHERE, not just the cherry picked ones for a sites "advertising" clients. People who have actually bought auto services in their life are all saying the same thing one way or another. DON'T GET SCREWED

Reliable, efficient local automotive care with great customer service. My family has been going to John's Automotive longer then I have been driving. The service is always exceptional. I always have a multitiude of questions and they are always willing to answer them. The work is always done in a timely manner and they never hesitate to contact you if there are any unforeseen issues/complications. I have never had any issues with work done at John's, where as they have had to fix things I had worked on elsewhere. I will continue taking my car here as long as I am living in the area.

Best automotive repair in town. Service was great! Reasonable prices and very honest people. Did not try to sell me something I didn't need. Very ethical. Overall great experience. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future.
