Watch your credit card. Beware of this company for corporate housing. They'll charge your credit card multiple times in one month. Then they are slow to credit. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and will run you in circles. Be willing to wait a week for a microwave and don't sit by the phone for a return call - you'll be there forever. It's not just the staff - the Owner doesn't return calls left in her personal message center. Their properties are marginal at best. Housekeepers are iffy and are in and out too fast. Biggest problem is billing. They can use an entire $9K credit limit in one month by mis-billing and multiple billing.
