This gussied-up chain bustles with singles and families craving Chinese food favorites.. In Short
Towering twin stallions and carved wood screens add majesty and mystery to this stylish restaurant, where well-dressed patrons sip martinis at the bar and families with children feast around large tables or in spacious booths. The menu gives Chinese classics a contemporary tweak; dishes are artfully presented, with many sauces made tableside by servers. Signature plates include diced chicken wrapped in cool lettuce leaves, orange-peel beef with chili peppers, and wok-fried scallops with lemon sauce.

Great atmosphere, great service, outside patio is also nice, food is great. Great healthy food here. I had the Ginger Chicken today. Great! They serve BROWN rice as well as fried rice. Awesome taste, clean , good presentation an clean. Highly recommend take out or sit in. Not your family run run down place, good food, upscale look, great for out of town guests

Best Chang's in CA!. I love this Chang's. It strikes me as more of a high-end restaurant than their other locations. They have valet parking and a massive oval-shaped bar in the middle of the dining room of floor-to-ceiling windows. Heatlamps and fountains adorn the exterior. The food is on par with other locations but the atmosphere is so cool as to elevate the food in quality as well. You almost feel out of place not dressing up here, even though I've worn shorts and sandals at other locations.
