Excellent INTERNATIONAL Customer Service. I have been buying from Nordstrom La Jolla Store since last year and am very impressed and happy with the customer service particularly the handbag department. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly certainly know how to keep their customers coming back.

They are reliable, trustworthy when it comes to INTERNATIONAL purchase. I had managed to purchase a few high end items that were not available in my country and saved as much as 60% of the retails price. Especially when it comes to items that are reduced in store or promotional items or sale that is not available on Nordstrom International website.

I highly recommend this store to International customers looking for a specific item that is not readily available in their countries. Just use the store general telephone number, the telephone staff will get you to the right department.…

Outstanding customer service!. I shopped here many times and bought a very nice silk suit here once. Their customer service is unparalleled! I needed my suit taylored in two days and their normal policy is three days, but they were able to rush my suit and it was done very well. I once bought a watch that I later realized I didn't want, and was able to get a full refund. The staff is very friendly and they have their own parking lot at UTC!…
