never can get thru on the phone in a timely manner , phone rings atleast 40 time to get thru and when you ask for a paticular department it takes another 40 times for them to answer , i will never shop Frys again, reguardless of the price
Pros: maybe the prices but the service is horrid
Cons: no phone service , personal service is next to none
