Just my opinion

Just last month I had a loved one stay at this place for a few days for some mental help. I went to visit each day. I would not send my worst enemy to stay there. The floor my loved one stayed on was coed. There was no security roaming the floor any time I was there. Mentally challenged people were poking their heads in my loved ones room all night. Can you say "possibility for bodily harm or worse"? 95% of the nurses and staff were extremely RUDE and cold. I personally saw how impatient, short tempered and down-right mean they are to the patients, including my loved one. I personally saw them ignore many patients, including my loved one. They even treated me this way. I bit my lip and did not say anything to them because I was afraid they would take it out on my loved one the second I walked out the door. Which they did a little anyway. There is no reason any human being should be treated in such a way. I also experienced a high level of incompetence. Just to be fair there was 2 staff members and one psychologist that were extremely nice and caring. The other 95% has issues.
