accounting dept. there is only one thing i need to say rude. they are not educated or trained well enough to be on the phone. there was people theating others in the back ground. and make sure the phone is hung up before you decide to call some one a stupid b.....

Worst Customer Service. They sent me sizes I didn't order and then when you call and tell them it takes a week or longer to get back with you, and then they have no customer service while dealing with you. Then they take so long, the item is no longer in stock, and they don't care. I had one package arrive with postage due, when everything was suppose to be free shipping. I ordered from them for 2 years, last year I had a problem too, but I thought I would give them another chance. BIG mistake.

The prices are low, and they know it, so they can treat the customers however they want.

It has been a month since I ordered over $1000 worth of stuff, and I still don't have everything, and nothing was on backorder when I placed the order.

Stay far away if you can.

Thanks Campus!. Ordered from Campus Team Wear and got my stuff in a couple of days. Thanks for the fast delivery!!! Not to often you find an online company that delivers their product in under a week. :) First time ordering and I will definitely order from them again.

Got my cheer uniforms here. Tried campus team wear for the first time and liked it. I'm ordering from here next year. Overall good experience. I got free shipping so I was extremely happy about that because the last cheer company I ordered from screwed me over on that one. Sad they didn't have custom uniforms but they do the chest lettering custom.

my goto cheer company. I love ordering from omni cheer. I don't know about everyone else, but fundraising in a recession has been a nightmare for me. I miss the good ol days when a couple of car washes would pay for all the uniforms. Ha! but omni has kept they're uniforms in target reach for us and we've been using them for a while now. Not many problems at all. Easy return policy. Word of advice tho, for those ordering for the first time. Always order a fit kit!!! They have so many different brands they carry and they all fit differently. First year I ordered, I had a couple of issues because I assumed they fit the same. Ordering the fit kit the next year around solved everything!

Much Love Omni Cheer. Omni Cheer is awesome and I've never had problems with them. They've been my one stop shop for my cheer teams uniforms. I think I've been shopping with them for about 6 yrs now and I haven't had any problems. Me and my team look forward to their new uniforms summer after summer cuz they just keep getting better and better designs.

Impressed. I was a little hesitant to by from campus team wear. Their prices a cheap, therefore I thought the material was going to be as cheap. We're a small squad of six and we don't have much funds so I held my breath and ordered. When the uniforms arrived, I was happily surprised that I got my money's worth. I am happy with the fit and the material of my girls uniforms. After several washes in the washer machine, I know they're not going to unravel like our last uniform sets did!

Horrible. Called for an adult small warm-up jacket. They sent a junior small. I called to get a call-tag for return, and they said no. Their rationale is that THEY term the junior sizes a "ladies" cut. Hell no...a junior cut is a junior size, not an adult women's size. On my inquiry call, I specifically asked if this was an adult size. Nobody said anything about it being a junior size.

Absolutely incredible! No other distributor arbitrarilly changes the manufacturers sizing to fit their interpretation. To me, a piece of apparel marked as a Junior size is not an Adult size. Do not use this company.

This is the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The staff members are unprofessional teenagers. My uniforms came 2 weeks late and when they did arrive, they were the wrong ones. Omni was horrbile about fixing the problem and didn't even apologize for the mistake. Staff told me they were not allowed to give me the owner name and passed me on to the CEO's secretary who sounded nothing like someone a president would hire. She must be very good at paperwork because she was horrible at customer service I will NEVER use them again. They do not care about their product.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I use this company for our youth and high school cheer squads. Have spent probably $20,000 over the years. Mainly because the cost. 2 years ago they messed up on an order and I had to pay out of my pocket for the return. Even after talking to the "owner" they would not make any exceptions. Because I had to have my items by the next game I went on and returned the items telling myself I would not use them again. My recent problem that I had was an order that I place for the high school. When I called the rep said I would have to send over a PO and they could not send me an estimate. For weeks after faxing the PO 3-4 times they still couldnt find the PO. Which delayed us getting our middrift which we needed 4 weeks ago!! It finally appeared 10/9 and they said it would be shipped Monday the next week. When receiving it on Friday 10/16 (Our Homecoming) they were MAROON not Navy. They shipped the wrong color!!! So I called them Friday and (stupid me didnt get a name) was told that they would email me a return form and I had to go to FEDEX and return it. Once I had the tracking number I could call back and they would ship the correct order next day. OK so I thought that everything was ok. Got to my email on Monday and NO FORM!! So I called back and had someone to send it back to me. After going to FEDEX today and calling this company back they can not get me my order until Friday -- No exceptions they will not send it next day I will have to wait. Our game is Thursday!! The lady I spoke to Friday didnt make notes (so they said) about our conversation. No need to talk to the manager or owner because he is a butt himself.

So anyways now I am waiting to see if I get my middrifts on Friday. --- I will not use this company even if their prices are a few $ cheaper!!!! They should at least make good on their mistakes!!!!!!!!! I would give them a rating of 0!!!!
