ROACH HEAVEN. Who in thier right mind would move here??? I did thats who!! BIG mistake the manger talks about the tenants that liver here, and the up keep is horrible, she tells lies about things that are going to happen like maintanence, she seems to be very GOTHIC so be aware, I am moving ut of here ASAP! SCARY HERE

DO NOT MOVE HERE!. The only reason I put one star is because i have to in order to publish this review otherwise i wouldn't have a star here. This apartment has ROACHES, 3 different types of speices, crickets and spiders. Sure the rent is cheaper then most but it is not worth it! Management does not care. I moved in and my house smelled like paint for 3 weeks! the walls arent painted with regular paint it is chocky type of paint. the none of my cabinets close all the way. The shower water takes forever to go down the drain. I wish I had read reviews before I moved in. Management is never in her office, I have to call several times and leave several messages before I ever hear from her, that is if she ever calls me back. Apartment is super hot, no air serculation and if you do put a fan in the window it still blows in hot air. The apartments have cracks in all the concretes sidewalks outside. Paper thin walls I can hear my neighbors conversations and the people in the parking lots are so loud at night.. Garbage dump is always full! And again these apartments are INFESTED with ROACHES no matter how clean you try to keep your house they will always come over. Again DO NOT MOVE HERE!

WORST APTS EVER!!!!. Things haven't changed. I see the only review was in 11/2008. Yes this place is a roach motel. Management is all nice when you need to move in and as soon as you do, it is a nightmare. The pools are always dirty except her building. My son goes over the water with the net before he and his sister get in. Laundry is a nightmare as well. The washers never work and when you let management know, you are a liar.It is extremely hot, everyone has fans in the windows and even that blows hot air in. If it wasn't for hard times I would've never choosen this apartment.

Worst place in Serra Mesa. If you value your health do not move here! The apartments are inf*sted with Ro*ches . And the management is horrible. The manager does nothing to help get rid of the Ro*ches. She makes sure her place is taken care of, but the other buildings get no attention. You have to request multiple times before anything is fixed. And even then you still may not get help. These apartments are the gh*tto of Serra Mesa!
