We chose this carpet cleaning service because of its high rating on this website. I thought the service was average. Gary did come out next day and carpets look good but : the stairs took 3 days to dry , he cleaned around all furniture not under it. I dont expect heavy furniture to be moved but in the past we have had carpet cleaners move light furniture, clean under it and then place a foam pad between damp carpet and furniture. None of that here. Price was in the mid range. Gary was on time and friendly. They do not accept credit cards.

Gary has been cleaning my carpet for approximately 5 years. He's fast, efficient, courteous and always has a positive, upbeat attitude. He takes his job seriously and takes extra special effort to assure that you are satisfied with the result. When he finishes, my carpets are clean and soft--no residual residue that makes the carpet feel stiff and attract dirt faster. I highly recommend him over some of the "big" companies that do a lot of expensive television ads. My recommendation stands without reservation.
