This is the best dental office in San Diego! Each time I've been here, all of the staff are very friendly and attentive. Dr. Le is SO nice and caring. I really feel that she has my oral health in her best interest. She is very knowledgeable and seems passionate about her practice. They are also willing to help make the costs as workable for you as they can.

I have told all of my friends and family to come here. They have all been very pleased too and thank me for recommending Dr. Le's office!

Very professional dental office

I have been with this dental office for many years. I've only see this place improve over the years! The staff are very professional and will go out of their way to make you feel very comfortable. I've had many big procedures done for the years and have been very pleased with them. All treatments were fully explained along with the prices...so there's no confusion. They have you sign a treatment form to verify you have read and understood all treatments and cost.

Other poor reviews about this place may be mistaken for another dental office near by because it doesn't sound like the one I go to.

They have gone through previous dentists and staff..and I am very impressed with the current one they have!

Shame on you Greg Parker and CitySearch for both making and perpetuating non-factual information (on your reviews on this establishment).

My family and I have been patients at this facility for many years and have only seen improvements over the years.

You claimed prices for treatments changes each visit. I know for a fact they always print out my treatment plan along with the cost for each procedure so there's no confusion.

We have had many big procedures done there and have not had any problems with it.

You were probably having a "BAD" day and decided to write false information. In fact, I have seen you write BAD REVIEWS about other establishments. (This shoots your creditability in your reviews buddy!)

CitySearch...one of many falsehood on your website to perpetuate immature behavior.

Taking the Tram Downhill

This office used to be pretty good until Tram Le took over. I went here for years but changed dentists because of the way it is now operated.

The prices change upon every visit, they even started charging me for cleanings which are supposed to be free. I used to get email reminders of appointments, but those stopped.

I also had a situation where my composite filling seemed like it needed to be fixed, but they claimed that they didn't perform the filling. After a while, they then admitted it being done there, but said it was OK. My new dentist told me the filling was not done properly and needs to be done over.

The only reason I gave 2 stars, is because the hygienists are excellent. But Ms. Tram Le (I refuse to call her a doctor), needs to reevaluate her practice.

Friendly, professional dentist office

I hadn't been to the dentist in nearly 3 years so I was very nervous. I found Tierra Towne Dental Center through my insurance company and was very pleased with my experience. I had to wait about 30 minutes after my appointment time before I was seen but the comprehensive exam (where they did all sorts of x-rays) only took about an hour. I was seen by a hygienist and then by the dentist. All in all, I was there about an hour and a half, so expect to reserve at least that much time for your visit. My second visit for the cleaning (which was easily scheduled for the next day) was equally painless. Everyone at this office is very friendly, helpful and professional. I definitely recommend their practice to anyone looking for a new dentist.
