Not very good. I was surprised to find a place that specialized in being a salad bar to have such poor quality lettuce. While not a fan of buffets, I had been here a few times at the request of coworkers and have had mediocre experiences each time. I have to ask: why is it called Souplantation when they only have 4 types of soup? I also find it expensive for what you get.
