Huge lack of customer service. While marketing may seem simple it often isn't. If a company is in business to market others it should be first and foremost centered in Customer Service. This company is not. With opening statements such as...we don't make money on orders like yours, This company's rep made it's position clear. Take what you can get from a potential customer (especially small customers) and if possible give them nothing for it except a hard time. This includes lack of basic guidance. This outfit may be OK if you a graphics pro but if your just getting started stay away from these guys, they'll rob you. It is funny a company the advertises graphic services never tried once to sell me this service. This says a lot about their marketing capabilities.

The pricing on our website is for printing only and is filled with file submission guidelines including templates. This customer did not want to pay a $10 fee for uploading the file multiple times after being contacted by a CSR to explain the file issues and admittedly neglecting to review the guidelines. Based on other reviews we have received and our BBB rating of A, we hope this goes to show our continuing effort to satisfy our customers.
