Consistently Good Service.
Good people. I found them through positive reviews on the internet.
Honest. They did not charge me for the expensive work that I brought car in for. It turned out to be a simple fix, and they charged me appropriately.
They treat my Evo X right.

Shameful performance by “Performance tires” service!!!.
On December 11 2009 I brought my BMW for tire change and alignment. Instead of 1 hour, as promised by the shop manager Mr. Robert Arellano, I’ve waited for 2 h 45 min. But that was not biggest of a deal. Next day I’ve noticed a circular scratch around car’s fender which could be done ONLY by tools they’re using for alignment. I came to Performance tire and showed the scratch.
Mr. Robert Arellano bluntly refused to admit their obvious fault and rectify the problem, using a pathetic reason “I don’t know what it is”.
So much for “honest” and “diligent” service ... I’ll never go back or recommend their services
