Horrible, Horrible experience, Buyer Beware...you can also check out Yelp for other horror stories...I have been trying to get a refund on furniture they said was in stock in April with a 2 week delivery, since then, it's been excuse after excuse with no furniture... and 4 months later they won't even respond to the BBB complaint. I'm out a significant amount of money and will be filing a consumer complaint with their licensing bureau to try and get the refund owe me back...they are each blaming the other starting from the top down...highly unethical group in my opinion...the Hillcrest store's license is deliquent now for 2 months so I recommend not purchasing anything with this store...

Great furniture..
Ordered a sectional and a chair, ($2500) worked with the owner Steve , he was very helpfull with the fabric's and made us a custom sectional to fit my room.
Took about 4 weeks to get and was very happy with the quality and now i'm enjoying it. I would be happy to do business again.

Excellent, custom-made furniture - great customer service.
My girlfriend and I were looking for a couch, but couldn't find anything that was exactly what we wanted without spending at least $5,000. We cruised all along Miramar road and stumbled across Legends. The most important thing to know about Legends is that ALL OF THEIR COUCHES / CHAIRS ARE FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE. Yeah, I was stunned too. Tom, the sales rep, worked with us for 2.5 hours as we went through every kind of fabric, different kinds of cushions and different frame colors. We ended up buying a couch and a chair and 1/2 for only $2,300. We were shocked.
The furniture came about two weeks later, substantially faster than Crate and Barrel. However, the back cushions were much softer than we wanted. No problem. We went back to Tom and he took care of it and was as nice as could be.
The furniture is still going strong and is EXTREMELY well made. Both my girlfriend and I are very happy that, not only is it exactly what we wanted, but it was a great price and it is 100% unique to our apartment.
I highly recommend Tom the sales guy, as well. He is extremely kind, patient and knowledgeable.
