Quail Creek Property is one of the best kept property in the Mira Mesa area, You can tell by the way the landscape is kept up and the building being painted recently.
- Pros: great lanscape - HOa fees in middle of average of area, not being charged for non items
- Cons: As all condo's / apts have bad people as renters and some owners, the board is on top of things
