WORSE MANAGEMENT! GO ACROSS THE STREET TO EMPIRE BEAUTY. This is a horrible store with even worse management. I came in to purchase a specific product which I normally use and love. The elder woman insisted me into buying this more expensive hair mask and shampoo. I was hesitant in trying something new, but she had told me if I didnt like it i could bring it back or get a store credit. The next day I came in and was helped by someone new. That employee told me something different and that the brand i had purchased was non returnable. I was furious when she told me this because not only did i spend over $100 on two products which i did not come in for, but the employee who sold it to me did not tell me it was non returnable! I asked if i could speak with a manager and guess who it was?! ... the elder woman who sold me the products. The employee told me that there was nothing she could do and that the manager was busy at the moment. I walked around the store and saw the manager in the back room snacking!! She was so busy snacking that she could not help her own customer from the other day. I cannot believe how disrespectful she was, and the tone of voice the manager had with me. After yelling at one another, she then decided to make the exchange only if i would spend more money. I would not have spent another dime if i didnt know where else to buy my products. Recently i have discovered RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET ANOTHER BEAUTY SUPPLY EMPIRE BEAUTY, which has better sales on almost all their products 50% off! So if you have experienced horrible service at this store before, try the place across the street.

Everything I Need. I love coming to this store because they have everything I need. They even have products that no other store has. The staff is very friendly, and they know a lot about their products.

pretty good selection, helpful staff. they carry a wide variety of brands, which can be daunting - and when I've asked for recommendations, I nearly always love the products the sales folks recommend. Sometimes they're out of stock with what i want, and they don't always know when it'll be in, but i usually just call periodically to check. I like that they have a card where if you spend $200 you get $20 off your next purchase, so even though their prices are average you still get a bit of a discount.

YIKES!!!! Read this before purchasing here!. I went into this store in need of a new curling iron. I knew the size I wanted but asked for help from a staff member to explain the differences between ceramic, titanium, tourmaline, etc. She gave me some information but because this store does NOT accept returns, I narrowed it down to two types, and decided to research which type would be best. I was writing down the two brands when another employee (middle age oriental lady), walked up to me and said I was NOT ALLOWED TO WRITE DOWN THE INFORMATION!!! I asked if she was serious and she said it was a store policy. I was considering one for $89 (that was not returnable) and she actually told me I could not write down the brand, price, etc. Where do they get these people? I will never do business with Jade after that? If that was the owner-shame on you! If that was an employee-your a fool for hiring her, and even more foolish for your "store policy"!

Love Products!. I love and use the products and get excited every time I come here. The staff is very friendly and know their products. I never feel intimidated asking a question, or just browsing around. Thanks for everything.

Great Store. Jade Beauty is a great store. I love coming here, and so does my mom. This is the only place we get our make up. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Best in the Area. Greatest makeup store in the area. They have everything you can possibly need, and the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. I would recommend anyone to come here.

TONS OF SELECTION!. This place is one of the best things I discovered this year! I heard my friend mentioning this place one day and I finally decided to stop by.

I usually shop at Ulta for my products, and let me tell you Jade's have all the products I use! I know it sounds crazy but its true. Theres a large range of products here. You could seriously spend days looking through everything. Its convenient that I could get my hair products, nail polishes for my daughters AND its only 5 minutes away from my house. I wish I couldve discover this place earlier instead of having to commute 15 minutes to Ulta all the time.

Its a shame how customers with bad experiences only come here to complain. The gals there really helped me out and answered all of my questions. I would give this place 5 stars but I wish they have a larger range of higher end makeup.
