I've only been to the one in Vista, and they have always been great. My mom's group will be going for the 3 rd time in the past year. It is a bit overpriced, but well worth time to socialize and get creative.

I took my sister and two children to Clay N Latte on a recent rainy Saturday and found the customer service and atmosphere to be severely lacking. The staff sat around looking bored and arguing with one another or with someone on the phone. They seemed very unapproachable when we needed any assistance. We all had the feeling that we were "bugging" the staff. The projects and painting were fun, but very overpriced. Maybe they should consider hiring better paid staff that want to be there and lowering the price of the ceramic pieces. Thanks.
