Here is a tip! Why would you sign a contract with no total on it which includes a section where you agree to pay all the fees they charge? But, you don't know what these are. If you thought you paid the processing fee at the beginning, know there is another on at the end. And who knows what else? A very DISHONEST approach to business. If you read your agreement carefully, you won't sign it.

Complete scam and waste of time and your credit rating. If you like paying 35% interest compounded monthly on loans that require 6 month pay offs, then be my guest.

Read the contract Terms and Conditions very carefully. Make sure you know what type of deal you are getting into before signing any agreement with any bank or leasing company. That's all I can say.

Five Point. Deceptive marketing tactics. It looks like they hired a firm to inundate the web with positive reviews to push back all of the articles they say they are scam artists.

Very high rates for the lease. Look out for the purchase at the end of the lease. Very bad experience. If you insist on using these guys, make sure you ask for the $1 buy out at the end of the lease.

Who's at the helm?. This will be short and sweet. How can anyone trust a company who has pre-qualified and sent a credit card to someone who passed away a year and a half ago?

Who is doing their research? Oh..... No one.

If they can let this happen, what else is going on that no one seems to be aware of?

Awesome Experience. Just got my third loan from these guys - this time I qualified for more than i asked for! My sales guy Steve is really knowledgeable and personable. The process is easy especially since we have a working relationship. They offer a few different loan products so you just choose the one that suits you best.

Pleasure to work with. I don't know about these negative reviews, but Five Point Capital gave me excellent customer service when I took out a loan for an air conditioning system. I have never had any problems and the people who I talked to seemed to be very friendly. All in all, they were a pleasure to work with.

Five Point Capital. I got a lease from Five point capital for some office furniture. Everything ran smoothly and I've had a great experience with them. I would definitely use them again in the future.
