like this store cause its less crowded than the other apple stores. and both times I brought my MacBook in I left with my problem fixed (and usually free cosmetic upgrades) within an hour. love apple.

Some of the best customer service I have ever witnessed. Just bring in your Apple product and the Genius Bar will handle it.
