BEWARE HE IS A SLUMLORD He rents out houses that are filthy dirty and leaves all of his trash behind for you deal with at your expense. Like an episode of sanford and son I had numerous appliances that he let sit on the property for months. rents you a house with no flooring no window coverings and no working heater. He will stalk and harass you at work at home through text and email. He will threaten you and show up any time he pleases and enter your home beware of this creepy man!!!! He has a history of harassment on file with the courts
