Very Helpful and Makes the Extra Effort. This is a family-owned business that cares about their customers and takes their reputation seriously.

I took my vacuum cleaner in for repair (electrical power to an attachment worked intermittently). The problem was quickly and efficiently located. The replacement part alone would cost $130, I was told.

But this employee (the owner's son I later learned) went the extra mile and checked into the warranty. He helped me file my warranty info (which I had neglected to do after purchase) and ordered the part.

Two weeks later, the part arrived and the TOTAL COST was covered under warranty! My vacuum cleaner works again and I'm pleased to have done business with La Jolla Sew & Vac.

When I'm ready for a *new* vacuum, La Jolla Sew and Vac will have my business. I can trust them to give me useful advice that benefits me first, not just themselves.
