Just a couple of weeks after purchasing my first home, I had my first plumbing issue. I called Royal Rooter and they came out within the hour and were able to see that roots from a tree had damaged the pipes from my home to the street. It took only 2 days for the roots, pipes to be removed and the new pipes put into place. Royal Rooter worked hard to finish the job quickly and minimize the disruption of no water.

The service I received was refreshing, Royal Rooter arrived at my home on time, assessed where the leak was coming from in my yard and made the necessary repairs quickly. Professional and the customer service is impressive.

Everyone in my family calls Royal Rooter when any of us has a plumbing issue. They have always been fair and good to our family. They are truly honest, hard working people. I can't recommend them enough.

I recently had a plumber from a different company come in to repair a broken faucet in my home. It worked fine a for a few days then broke again. I was very upset because they refused to give me my money back. They offered to come back again to address the issue, but I felt ripped off so I called Royal Rooter to come instead. The plumber was very professional and fixed the problem. It has been 2 weeks and everything is working fine. If I have any more plumbing issues I will always call Royal Rooter first from now on.

I noticed a pipe was leaking under my bathroom sink. I tried to tighten it but it didn't solve the problem. Water was also leaking from under my toilet, so I called Royal Rooter. It turns out the problem was much bigger than I had anticipated. If I had not called Royal Rooter the problem would have escalated much furthur. They offered me an affordable quote to replace some of my pipes and now I have no problems.

The toilet in my bedroom had been clogged for a week when I called Royal Rooter. My husband had tried over and over to get it unclogged but the best he could do was get the water to drain very slowly when flushed. The plumber was able to fix the problem and we no longer have to wait 60 seconds for our toilet to completely flush! I was surprised by how quickly he got the job done. Thanks Royal Rooter!

Very professional. One of the toilets in my house was severly clogged. My husband and I both tried to unclog it ourselves with a snake but it didn't work. We called Royal Rooter and they were able to fix the problem for us. They were professional and reliable. Thanks again!
