Joanne is one of the better therapists that I have experienced at any of the Massage envy's i have had the opportunity to be a client. she is good! she was spot on as to what we talked about, has many techniques, instead just one way to massage, and what a treat to have hot towels put on my very

very tight and sore neck. Joanne is just an amazing therapist, and it was a very good experience receiving a massage from her.

My health problems are psoriatic arthritis and fibromyalgia. I have very tender areas that are extremely sensitive. Jesse was very adept at massage and techniques that would optimize my massage experience without causing any pain. He would ask for feedback frequently, otherwise was quiet which I appreciated very much. At the end of my 90 minutes I thought 'it can't be over yet!' Bravo to Jesse. You would be wise to keep him content. He is a valuable asset.

Tony made sure that the bed was warm which I like but more importantly it was an emotional day for me because of a death in the family. Tony was caring, pressure was superb and I felt helped my overall energy.

Lindsey was extremely professional and well skilled. I had mentioned on my customization form that I didn't prefer too much attention to my feet, because of an injury. She asked me a few questions about the injury and when she got to that area she applied just the right amount of pressure and attention to it. Lindsey spent the required time and energy on the areas I specified (shoulders, neck, and back), and found that I was indeed in need of a deep tissue work. Lindsey made it a very relaxing and ultimately enjoyable experience.

This was one of the best, if not THE best, massages I have received. Natalie heard my requests, and focused on those areas. The pressure, technique and entire experience was fantastic. I will definitely request her as I return for my appointments.
