I love using TravCar, they pick me up at my condo whenever I need to rent a car. Lowest rates around and great customer service. They require a deposit like all other rent a car companies, but I get it back when I return the car.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT USE THESE rude people! I reserved and paid in full a car reservation 2 weeks before was supposed to pick this car up in order to get a good rate. When I got there, I waited in line for 30 minutes, and when it was my turn, they refused to take my Visa card, which was a uald Visa/debit card. I called my bank who assured me it could be used as a regular Visa. Travcar wanted to double my rate. I refused and walked out without a car. These people are rude and bait and switch. BEWARE!!

First class car rental company.
I was referred by the concierge at my hotel. They picked me up on time, and in a few moments I was in my car.
The guys at the counter were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will be using them whenever I visit San Diego.
