Shana Black is my hero. She absolutely amazing. She has helped me so much with getting custody of my daughter and my divorce. She is very understanding and knows, very much, what she is doing. I know that it is very hard for a father to get custody of their child but if you need help doing that or need help with your divorce, she is definitely the person to talk to. She helped me get custody of my daughter and keep all my possessions from my divorce. She truly is a saint and I would definitely recommend and refer her to anyone that is going through a family court case. Shana Black truly is a saint. Keith S.

The Best!. Shana is very professional and also very caring. She will work with you on the weekends and even when she sicker then a dog. When i wasnt satisified with my custody issues she was sure to help me fix them! She did everything she could to get me what i wanted and got me better then what i asked for! i cant stress how prefessional and caring she was through it all. Knowing i was a service member she did everything she could to understand my lifestyle and help me from doing a far drive from where i was stationed to Downtown SD. i would highly recommend her to others.

Highly Recoomend. When everything felt like it was falling in around me and I had no idea where to start, I found Shana Black. Never in a million years did I think I would find myself in this situation, getting a divorce. Shana explained to me the process of divorce in a way I could understand. She was genuinely concerned about my well being and my rights. She fought for me, and also answered my endless questions with patience and professionalism.

Thanks!. Another attorney had dropped my case because the other driver said the accident was my fault - but it wasn't. my fault. I was discouraged. My mother urged me to call Mike, so I did. We met, I told him about my case, and he agreed to help me. He worked very hard on my case, and he always kept me informed. He filed a lawsuit for me, and now I have a big settlement check (thanks Mom) and I have referred my friends to Mike.

The Best. The matter went to court and it was a pleasure to watch Ms. Black demolish the opposing counsel. Every argument they brought up by citing irrelevant cases she countered by citing the correct law and relevant facts. My ex has tried to move out of the State of California twice and each time she was stopped. Ms. Black will fight for you. She was always in contact and NEVER gave up, and I was a dad fighting for custody against the odds.

Shana Black is not worth your money. This Attorney is not worth your money. She is a complete flake as it pertains to getting back to you. Plus, she owes me money from my retainer. Is as if this lady knows how to play the game and take your money. If you want an attorney that is organized and professional, looks some place else because Shana Jo Black will cause you more stress. And let's face it, you go to an attorney to reduce your stress not gain new stress.

Great Attorney. I was placed in a very bad situation by my wife leading into my divorce. She had relocated all of our funds, canceled our lease, and took my son from the home, hiding him from me. Within two days of contacting Shana, I had orders from the court for my wife to allow me weekly time with my son. Despite being in such an unstable situation, Shana was able to help me get an almost equal time allocation with my son. Shana is incredibly knowledgable and professional, and was able to take an empathetic approach in my case. I am so pleased with the work that she has done, I will be contacting her about my harrassment/ constructive termination case, and look foreward to continuing to work with her until both of these matters are fully resolved. For a father in a bad situation, I am amazed at how well she was able to present my case, and how much time the court has offered; this is one of the two resolutions I was hoping for.
