Much better than 5 years ago. Good changes have been made by APS. Most contacts have been with Candace and Allison. They have been extremely helpful. They are clear with communications and with timely manner. We could not do any better..
Candace was filling in for our usual representative. Despite being unfamiliar with our association, she was very professional, courteous and helpful.
