Number one comment is that APS staff is very responsive. We have a great list of representatives for our association. We have a small assn and want to try and spend as little of our dues on admin costs, so we appreciate cost saving measures.
APS is helpful with our APS management. We are a small HOA, and we tend to do a lot of stuff ourselves, like our budget and annual mailings (with disclosures). Aps makes it easy for us to do some things and for them to do the rest, and in the end, everything gets done.

Much better than 5 years ago. Good changes have been made by APS. Most contacts have been with Candace and Allison. They have been extremely helpful. They are clear with communications and with timely manner. We could not do any better..
