Great Advice From a Great Business
Attorney.
I filed a small claims law suit and was going in blind since this was the first time for me. I figured I better speak to a business attorney in San Diego first, good thing I did.
I met with Business Attorney Steven Sayler in his San Diego office for an hour and he explained how small claims court works. He told me what to prepare and how to present it. I did as he suggested and the difference was huge. An example, I gave the judge an exact copy of the folder I had that included a printed timeline with marked pages that made it easy for the judge to view. My opponent handed the judge a stack of papers about 5 inches high and had no other copy. You could see the judges expression when he looked as my opponents papers, not happy.
Needless to say, I won the case hands down. It was because of the advice from Attorney Steven Sayler.
