Glad we made the switch. From the moment we switched from ATT to CBeyond we have been extremely happy. If there have been any issues CBeyond is quick to respond and fix. Billing is so easy, one click and I am done. No billing errors to date. YAHOO Whenever I have had to call the resolution to my call is handled within 10 minutes. Very, very important to me. I used to spend 45 minutes to an hour on every single call to ATT.
