A Place for the Locals -. River Bottom Bar located down in the valley part of Oceanside, near the San Luis Rey Mission, does not look like much from the outside, but this is the place where many of the locals go to enjoy themselves.\r Recommended.

recommend. the river bottom is place you would go to just hang out with your friends. Play darts, pool, listen to really good music and they play a variety. A+
