Nightmare from H*ll Do NOT go here! BAD SERVICE!. This complaint is being copied from myself "the husband" from Yelp written by my wife. I as the husband plan on moving forward in filing many complaints against this store as to the way she was treated. I also would of called the police and filed a police report for her if I'd of been there due to her fall! This place is a joke!

Bad customer service and their prices are too high.

My experience went like this: I walked in & saw the purse section and said to the manager oh my the prices are far more expensive then the other 2 stores . She spun around to me & very rudely said "then perhaps you should go back there" . I had to chuckle to myself and turn away thinking, she didn t just say that did she? I personally felt there was nothing wrong in just stating the prices were far more expensive considering this is fact. My opinion was just that & how she handled it speaks for itself. Funny thing is were financially set where I d be ok buying anything in the store and never once gave the impression I wouldn t. Just an opinion in the differences of store costs which I m now finding out many agree and is why they don t go back. I also read many of the reviews on Yelp before deciding to post mine and their store is a disgrace when it comes to customer service apparently.

Anyway as I continued to shop and brushed that off I started up a conversation with the person I d first met when walking in. I asked her. are you the owner she said no the manager which btw is how I found out. I then asked her hmm okay so why are you taking this so personal? Her comment was the owner would of responded the same way. Lol, I thought hmm is this place for real and what planet do these 2 people come from? Meanwhile I m thinking so your not the owner =/ and yet you and the owner talk to your customers like that and think it s ok? I then said well I am sorry you feel my opinion is offensive it was never suppose to be and sorry you took it so personally.

So while were talking here is where my actual complaint comes in..... I fell hard to the floor tripping over something and catching my foot on something!!!!!

The manager looked right at me and said nothing, in fact not one word.

Why did I fall...? Because they have a very "unsafe" area in the back of this store that groves into the hard cement floor it s very uneven and can t be seen unless your looking down,. The mess still to date has not been fixed. . This is by far the worst customer service I ve yet endured in my life.

Would I recommend this store?

I will let you decide the answer to that one.
